We just wait for 30 hours and we will know.

Any idea why this mark is now considered a DQ? Says rule TR5.5 which looks like illegal shoes because of the sole thickness?

      • The Hortas Sotra Track and Field guy on YouTube just posted a couple of races that I mentioned last night. Here is the U18 women's final. Zoe van Gils is 14 and ran a smart untroubled race all the way around to win in 55.65. Bol's record is 55.48 set at age 16. Maud de Jong is primarily an 800 runner so she began too leisurely and had to hustle near the junction. She was bounced around into third but finished willingly, to borrow a horse racing term, for second in 56.10. The rangy Abigail Noruwa of Bol's Altis club was third in 56.15. Obviously this is very early stage but also faster than Laura De Witte has been running this year. The 8 hour video showed de Jong celebrating and semi amazed after the race.

Een prachtige 400m finale die Zoë van Gils wint. De nationale titel is voor haar in een heel fraai pb van 55.65. De jonge mila atlete Maud de Jong, die later...

Here is the U20 race with 18 year old Myrte van de Schoot winning in 54.29. She is square build and reminds me of a younger more athletic version of Cathelijn Peeters. Second went to Celine van Heerikhuize, who I've touted here but the issue remains the same; no apparent sense of urgency either at 400 or 800:

Myrte van der Schoot heeft van het begin af aan het initiatief in deze 400m finale. Ze loopt naar de winst en de nationale titel in een fraaie eindtijd van 5...

Many other races were posted, all from 60 to 400.

        • Hamish Kerr 2.34m high jump PB (and NR) in Slovakia overnight. He's becoming one of the leading (and consistent) performers in this event.

          • What's more, he passes to 2.34 after a miss at 2.32 and over at the first time of asking! This is the breakthrough that will be a massive confidence booster; dare we hope for something in the 2.35 - 2.37m range by years end ?

That's better than his outdoor PB of 2.31, so would be an absolute NZL record as well, though I'm not sure if your records are separate or if you've gone down the absolute path.

                    • Very easy looking 51.75 for Kaczmarek in the heats of the NC. First lap was 24.37. Kiełbasińska was slower than Święty in the heats, which means she'll get one of the middle lanes in tomorrow's final, making it more unlikely she'll challenge for the win.

That must be the lowest winning height for many years? Probably not much fun having to pose like that when you've vaulted 66cm below your PB!

I don't expect much attention for Dutch championship, but women 4x400 is reigning European champion, so women 400m might influence the relay team for next EC...
Bol in heat one, Klaver in two.
Klaver 0.5 sec faster than Bol... But as far as one can see Bol really jogged both laps while Klaver put much more energy in it.
More interesting were heats three and four:
De Witte beats Bouma in heat three and makes the third best Dutch season time (behind Bol and Klaver).
Peeters beats Saalberg: After 250m Saalberg was a lightyear ahead. It was past the 350m that Peeters came along and destroyed Saalberg. (That heat is at 3h 23min in the video Awsi Dooger mentioned)
But that was only the heat. Final tomorrow with Saalberg in lane 2 and Peeters in3....

There was also a surprising finish in the women's 1500, with Martyna Galant beating Sofia Ennaoui with a 44 final 300.
