4x200m at Oregon Relays last month that I didn't notice mentioned in the the thread.
I guesstimate the anchor handoff splits at 1:15.5 for Wilson High of Long Beach and 1:18.0 for Brahe-Pederson.
21.8 for B-P vs 24.4 for Wilson = one tenth win for Lake Oswego. Again, guesstimate.

Angelina Napoleon of Allegany-Limestone in NY (in my h.s. league) just ran a 6:19 2k steeple, setting another HSR I believe. I think someone else ran faster than her old HSR earlier this year but the 6:19 is faster than than. https://ny.milesplit.com/meets/51946...s-2023/results
