Compare this to her two fastest raw times from last domestic season, both in Brisbane:
11.33 (+1.5) - 11.43
11.35 (-0.5) - 11.31
Her 3rd fastest is slower in adjusted terms than the two above and her 4th fastest time is, surprisingly, also 11.47 but with (0.0) in Adelaide. A very clear improvement in only her second 100 of the season.
Added to her PB last week of 53.32, it's no surprise her same day 23.06 (0.1) is also a new PB, beating her previous of 23.18 (-0.9)

Not even another 1/2/4 sprinter like Cathy could run this fast just a few days after her 18th birthday.

There was a Letsrun thread about Cameron Myers 3:40.60 yesterday (?) as a 16-yr old (dob 6/9/06) at this VMC Meet Blogs listed on this results hub. You have to click on the meet and then the "A" heat of the 1500:
Edit: Jakob I. holds the single age 16 record at 3:39.92, according to

If memory serves me correctly (ha!), the next year when she turned 18, she had started building a proper base for 400m ahead of Barcelona 92, so her times weren't that flash. However by 1992, she carved 2s off her 400m PB and made her OG debut over the lap, so it was worth it.
She really didn't get fast times at 100/200 until a year later when she PBd at 100/200/400 at late 19, early 20 age.

Not sure if this was noted earlier but the new superpower in decathlon has another strong potential for 8000+ score.
Colby Eddowes (Fr1-Arkensas) is leading the heptathlon standing with a score of 5703 (10-dec-2022).
Since then he broke his collegiate best in the LJ (7.53) and 60h (8.01).
He should be able to make it to the iNCAA final and with an improvement in the PV (4.50) and 1000 (2:58) he can challenge for a top-10.
