Litvinov on doping

Throwholics Facebook page has a post from Sergei Litvinov (junior, I'm assuming) about doping in 2012 and then refusing to do it again. Normally dopers make me mad but this made me sad.

Im not sure when we see Russian athletes in international events again. Probably too soon.
