She ran 7.88 last weekend though. So 7.93 --> 7.88 -->7.75
But your right about the improvement. 12.3 wouldn't surprise me at all though. Armstrong is already at 12.43. And Lets not forget...NCAAs is at Texas this year sooooo

I was sitting at the top of the bleachers at around the 3rd hurdle and you could clearly see from the start that she was really going after it!
