    Noah Lyles on his 19.31

I love the insights into their mindset during and after their performances. A lot of little tidbits of data we would not know about otherwise - like the jersey comments, his reaction to the time, and how tired his legs were after coming off the turn. I love this guy despite some of the backlash he has got.

Also for reference, Lyles actually did a longer more indepth breakdown of this race from Worlds along with his USAs 200 and his 100m PB from 2019 on his own channel a few months ago

I like when he said - "the longer it takes you to do something the slower you are" - which coupled with his point that it's not so much whether you have fast twitch fibers but how you perform the technical aspects. And in a race where .3 is a lot having those down means so much. Which is interesting given that Noah and his brother are pretty much genetically the same but their performances are quite different.
