Will Sumner looked very good: relaxed 1:47.x Cade Flatt did not: 4th in his heat, 1:50.x

I think part of Tuohy's mission in the 10k was to help teammates score. It appears she accomplished that, in part at least, as Quarzo was 2nd and Howlett 5th for the 'Pack.
