We see tons of college runners got overcooked at USAs and Worlds every year. Wilson has a legit shot to medal in the 400 flat this year, so I just hope she can perform well after running so many races.

I see UCLA has declared Ismail Turner, who missed the Pac-12. In the 400 they declared four guys between 45.12 and 45.37, plus a 46.04 for the heats If all healthy they can at least keep the SEC honest in the relay.

One of these years I ought to go to the NCAA again, now that conflict with the state meet is no longer an issue.

East is 10 minutes from my house, and I won't bother to go - it's such a terrible format for a stand-alone 'meet'. I officiated the PV many times, but no mo'!

The verticals are terrible (PV is always terrible, but that's just me), but I don't mind the other events. Some are quite intriguing when you get to the final flight, etc.
