This starter in the 110m Hurdles is terrible, what's with this long ass hold?

And where's the stadium announcer to tell the crowd to keep quiet until the gun goes off?

Holloway's speed over the hurdles is his own downfall. Not sure how he works on that.

I truly believe Devon Allen would've won last year's World Championships. With the pressure GH would've tied up...again.

Last year, Colin Jackson opined that Broadbell had a better finish over 110m hurdles than anyone else...and that was a pretty good finish!

Instead of 10y, put them at 9.5 in practice and don't lift the knees as high - shuffle faster!!

I noticed that sixth in the 800 was about the same time (1:46.84 vs 1:47.00) as the sixth in the quarter final at the West Regional and one of the three races went out at 54+ so that heat was tactical with two of the runners having seasonal bests of 1:45 and 1:46. In the East Regional all the heats went out a little slow and seven have PRs of 1:46. But this is comparison of a DL meet and an NCAA quarterfinal.

                            21.98 by Jackson - nice sub-22.

Announcer saying her name like Sher-ricka with the 'i' pronounced as the i in it. Ok!

                              Women's 200m

                              1) Shericka Jackson (Jca) 21.98 MR
                              2) Anthonique Strachan (Bah) 22.15 PB
                              3) Tamara Davis (US) 22.30

                              A MVP 1-2, I think.
