Tough to enforce this from a court perspective on International orgs that conduct most of their business elsewhere. At best, they'd carve out an exception for US based meets, but that might end up with them off the calendar going forward too. Better to go after USATF and USOPC, but Federal Courts would likely fallback on the ASA like they did in the Nick Symmonds suit, where Congress has essentially carved out exemptions for this type of (bad & otherwise illegal) behavior. State Courts have no/little jurisdiction here.
