Sanchez! Ironically, El G's new versatility may cost him: Great 5000s, but no wins at the distance.

    Should be: Sanchez
    Could be: Alan Johnson
Probably will be: El Garage-door (again)

All were great, but those rankers love the Milers!
(Unless he loses the WA race tomorrow.)

Perez has lost 3 of his 7 races this year; that's not AOY material, or anything like top-3.

Sanchez pretty easily, Perez & Korzeniowski should both make top 5 with Perez in the top 3.

    Mens AOY

I would give my nod to El G. Another solid year at 1,500. World Champ, undefeated, fastest time. Back that up with this performances at 5,000 (especially the World's race).

Olsson in the triple jump may have an argument.

Allen Johnson would be the dark horse.
