Yes, the third mile in London is always the quickest because it is downhill. Paula covered it in 4:57 during her WR run. Her splits:

m - 5:10
m - 10:18 (5:08)
m - 15:15 (4:57)
m - 20:22 (5:07)
m - 25:32 (5:10)
m - 30:54 (5:22)
m - 36:06 (5:12)
m - 41:17 (5:11)
m - 46:35 (5:18)
m - 51:48 (5:13)
m - 56:58 (5:10)
m - 1:02:14 (5:16)
m - 1:07:38 (5:16)
m - 1:12:38 (5:08)
m - 1:17:48 (5:10)
m - 1:23:01 (5:13)
m - 1:28:08 (5:07)
m - 1:33:19 (5:11)
m - 1:38:26 (5:07)
m - 1:43:33 (5:07)
m - 1:48:44 (5:11)
m - 1:53:50 (5:06)
m - 1:59:03 (5:13)
m - 2:04:06 (5:03)
m - 2:09:14 (5:08)
.2m - 2:15:25

That comes from that jump off that 30 m cliff which takes almost no time at all. I   I noticed that same thing and wondered if it was a timing error or is there a drop in there or what.

Wow. Amazing consistency: the atomic clock out in Boulder (or wherever) could be set by Deena's pacing.
