    barrios deserves a huge amount of credit - he actually ran the first 1/2M in under 1 hour back in ?'91 !!!

    ( although i suspect ondieki & sigei may have shattered that if they had attempted it at their peaks )

    I don't see why he doesn't break the record. We're talking roughly a half marathon under an hour. And if you don't think the audience at Hengelo will be loud for Geb and the Ethiopian drums won't be out, then you don't know who Mr. Hengelo is!
