No, they are not going to have three sections of the 1600; the are, however, going to have the 1500, the 1600, and the mile, and each runner has chosen a different distance because they want to maximize their fees when they meet before the Games in London.

Are we going to get the several female phenoms going head to head in the mile (1500, 1600 or whatever)? Particularly, the two freshman, Hasay and the girl from Colorado Katie (or Kaitie?) Vanatta who has really shown great stuff this year at altitude. Here is the list for the Girls Mile. It includes Hasay, Franek St.Geme, and Tauro, as well as Bona Jones doubling back from the 5000 last night (16:57).
