A HS junior, has won Millrose mile, Penn Relays mile, Nike mile, unbeaten since last year. Can she win usatf junior mile today in Indy??

Good chance, I'd say. PR compares well with the others in the field, and she has the big kick.

Maybe she could, if there were one. But she can't win a race that won't be held. She'll have to settle for 1500m.

She IS the real deal. Question is how many records will she break next year as a HS senior if she stays healthy? Congrats Danielle

I agree that she is the real deal. She showed wonderful racing confidence in that race.

I don't think it mattes how many records, if any, she breaks next year. She strikes me as being a competitor whose goal is to win. Given the talent in that event at the high school level, she'll probably have plenty of meaningful competitive challenges.
