  • Webb? He ok?

After that great early season 10k he began to fade at the end of races and struggled.

Pook kid. Whatever it is I hope it's not too serious.

Anyone have a update on him?

Last comments on this board seemed to indicate he was out with a hamstring injury. No estimated time of recovery.

He's listed as an entrant in a Belgian meet this Saturday.

Well, you've now read it: Alan Webb is a bust.....This guy gets paid to peddle such ill-informed opinions, and most of us do it here for free.

Well, perhaps you didn't read it here first, but he writes: "Webb flopped at the '04 Olympics. He's done nothing in '06 and is sidelined with a hamstring injury. I'm inclined to think he's a bust."

Time to pull out of the grind and regroup. Something is obviously wrong. In a couple of hours Acosta will run a better race.

I hate to see this happen again. Very sad. The last couple of years they had a good plan and had to screw with it. But at least he got a good 10k in this year.
