the lists link wasn't working for women's junior when I tried, and IAAF didn't have it.

Throw out the Chineese and the East Germans, and Maria Mutola leads the list at 1:57.63. Her's is the 4th best with Gabriela Sedláková (?) 10th in 1:58.37.

There are no all-time lists on the IAAF site. There's a header that says "all time lists" but what that is is simply a compilation of previous years lists, listed by year. And Juniors doesn't include 2003 even, I guess because there was no World Junior Championships this year.

Use the tools available to you. Click "Lists" at the top of this page and negotiate your way through to finding the all-time world women's junior lists then go down the list until you find somebody not Chinese.

I'm looking for the non-Chinese World Junior Record in the women's 800m.
