I was just looking at the Ugandan championships results on the GBR athletics page (I honestly don't have anything better to do) and she has won National Titles at 400m (02) 800m (02-03) 1500m (99-00, 03) 3000m (00, 02) 5000m (99-01) half marathon (1:19:25) and believe it or not, 400mH (01) and high jump! (98, 01)

Also beat Defar in the 3000m at WJC 2000

And a certain Happy Mary Bacia was the Ugandan champion at 800 meters, PV and 5000 meter walk!!! Can you think of a more exotic combination?
