Regards the Griak: It is very doubtful that our CC coach will have Solinsky in this race but don't count it out. It'll be a great competition. -

i was at the race yesterday. solinsky looked pretty tough. not a bad debut, but he wasn't the top freshman in the field.
as a whole, the badgers appeared to bring their "shock and awe" campaign to the les bolstad golf course, having six or seven of the top 10 runners early in the race. tegenkamp (sp?) and spiker dropped off a bit in the last couple of miles, but bucky put forth a solid effort.Comment

Solinsky was the first American frosh. Cheseret is a frosh in cross, yes, but he ran track in the spring.Comment
