    Sorry, Mo Posts A Phony

The person who claimed to be Maurice Greene was also "Ben" and "Curt" who flooded the board with posts Saturday afternoon. Accordingly, all the threads have been pulled. If the poster wishes not to imitate real athletes and post under one name, he/she is welcome to do so. But this afternoon's behaviour will not be tolerated.

Let me adjust my '10% possibility' down to 0.0%. Ain't skepticism a bitch (insert John Gill et al insight here)?

Funny that you would even bother checking. Pretty sure PET is a fake too and likely Mick.

A nickel for the first person other than MJD (or Michael Lewis) who can tell me what the "E" in "PET" stands for (if you've even figured out what the PT part is).

Of course PET and Mick are fakes. Particularly since the former is dead and the latter looks like it. Obviously, we have a vested interest in rooting out people who pretend to be icons of the sport we're covering.

Asterix, JRM, and KSM better be left out of this contest. I know there are more but just can't think of them right now.

E stands for Elliott. Your check will be okay..

                    American spelling = check
                    English spelling = cheque

Canadian spelling also (most of the time) cheque. Get it?

More stupidity on these message boards. Let's get down to something real and quit the garbage!

Funny, I don't see any threads on the menu that were authored by "What?"
