Pain Eliminating Drugs? Oh I do hope she went for natural childbirth, then she will be even tougher than ever!

Congratulations Paula and we hope you benefit from this event in myriad ways, you're an inspiration to so many people.
            Take good care of yourself.

My wife had our son at home with no drugs but she's not nearly as tough as Paula! Then again who is?

No drugs here for two long labours. Not to say anyone who takes them is a wimp- everyone is unique.

I definitley think athletic training helps you get through it.

Very happy for Gary and Paula.

Now let's hope the British press leave the child alone when she is old enough to do sports. She would be five for the London Olympics so maybe the age restriction will be lowered?

Believe it or not, Paula's baby is currently in training for the 2007 FLM!

Will she have inherited her mum's head bob? :?

If they made a head bobble doll of Paula that would be funny, huh? :P See the head bobble doll is already bobbing all around- see?

Miki Gorman had a child relatively late (about 40) and had a very difficult labor. I seem to recall about 40 hours; which is not completely surprising because she was on the small side of small. She said it was much harder than any marathon she ever ran.

                          Let's hope not. Makes Paula unwatchable . . .
