Good cross spectacting opportunities this weekend

Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx will be hosting three conference meets this Friday: Metro Atlantic, Heps and Big East.

The Crystal Springs course in Belmont, California (30 minutes south of San Francisco) will be hosting both the West Coast and WAC meets. Hopefully I'll be there.

The College Sports TV (CSTV) network will have a 1 hr broadcast of the races at Van Cortlandt on Sunday, November 16 at 6:30pm ET.

Also the NCAA Pre-Nats will be broadcast tomorrow on Fox Sports. Check your local listings for times.
