          Assuredly a good run for Sully, 'however,' he was probably a 13.0x guy in his 3.31/5th-in-the-Olympics shape, no?

            No question but it isn't his event, he was probably just running through it, it's early in the year and there are those(not me) that have said here that he has seen better days.

            Talk of someone breaking his HS record up here;

                  Health has been a tough balancing act for Flanagan. She:s come back incredibly composed and on fire following her last injury. Awesome stuff.

                    And a very nice 5k PR for Anthony "Fam" Famiglietti--13:11.93. Tied with Salazar for #9 performer on all-time U.S. list.

                    Just noticed that Josh McDougal ran 13:20.43!

                      And this just 3 days after McDougal told us that getting a Tokyo A (13:21.50) was pretty much a fantasy.

                        After his early promise, McDougal's career seemed to have stalled the last year or two. Good news for him, and well done!

                              Sully now has an A in two events. Of course, up here one needs a 13:19.71.
