By the way, unless I miss my guess, he is the guy who will finally take down Drayton's 31 plus years old Canuck marathon record.

I miscounted on Abdirahman - probably the last time I updated, I failed to bump up the numbers on what are now his 8th and 9th best performances. It was Salazar that I had tied with Meb at 9 sub-28's. And obviously Nenow still in the lead at 11.

Good to know when I have missed a result on my website, but please send me an e-mail regarding omissions and corrections. I can't read through every topic on this message board to find this kind of information

What is Shay's PR? The fastest I could find for him was 28:18.81, which would make his Stanford time this weekend his PR.

Ndirangu's time was not a PR.
He ran 27:31.29 in Tokyo in 2005.

Aha! That's because he's listed as Ndirangu, when his name is actually just Ndirang (at least ATFS and Tilastopaja think so).

                  McDougal also a PR.

It almost seems a bit analogous to Lausanne's deuce last year in that many expressed surprise at the fast times recorded.

See what happens when you import that short Rieti track.

                          lausanne was no huge surprise

ever since jrm produced his calculator it's been "known" ( for anyone who bothered to check ) lausanne has a "built-in" advantage of ~ 0.02s for 100m & ~ 0.06s for 200m due to it's 600m altitude
