Coach for Marion and Tim convicted of bank fraud

Steve Riddick was convicted of band fraud and money laundering today. Tim Montgomery, Marion's agent Charlie Wells and now her coach Steve Riddick have all three been convicted of bank fraud. Does Marion know how to made poor choices or what?
