        Bruce's point well made - I don't believe there's ever been a final at this level or better where 6/100 covered the entire field. Could be closer than the OT 100H of '84 to pick [though that was AFTER the race]

          In 2004, 12.99 didn't get you past the heats. In the final, 12.77 was only good enough for fourth.

                    Ofili with best start, leads through 3, Davis to lead by #4, Ofili comes back to lead at about #9 and moves away. Castlin average start, never got into the race.

                          It happened as dj described it, but what happened was very rare. Early leader in a short hurdles race loses the lead and then gets it back. You don't see that very often.
