What if two or three clear 2.35? That's why first clearances are important at lower hieghts.

I guess my point is that we've got higher heights to make. The first tie-breaker is at the last height cleared - the lower heights only contribute to the total misses. I'd be looking at who cleared 2.32 (or whatever the NEXT height was) first.
