      Jeez, this season sucks for the ladies. I'm honestly starting to think Joice Maduaka could medal in Osaka! :P

      11.2 would probably make the final which is just plain awful!

          11.2 would probably make the final which is just plain awful!
          You look at these times and say that the 100m is easy; the women's 100 was less than a second slower than the men's. Go look at the results of the meet overall. Spearmon et al running 20.4x (last year 19.90), Gay absolutely buried a very good field and was 0.08 slower than last year (same track etc). The 1500s were slow 3:35/4:03, the 5000 was slow 13:10 and Teg missed breaking the AR by a LOT. The LJ had one over 8, the wTJ had a winning mark within the range of US women (even HS students?), the HJ was 2.28, the w400h was almost 55, the w400 was 50-high, the m400 was over 45.

            People getting ready now for the WC's later. Running for the dough here, at WC's it's for the show..................show up, get your lane, get to the finish and get some cash.
