actually, the b12 question is an easy one to answer

there are standard blood tests for this & even after 2/52, the level of b12 woud be significantly high compared to "normal" levels ( in people with pernicious anaemia, you end up having a jab every 3/12 )

all they need to do is to test his samples soon after the date mentioned & those will reveal high b12 levels if that's what it was
