One more rant on the Buffalo media that should know better. From the front page of the News on Saturday-an article on our new Prime Minister and they have him mixed up with the Premier of a province:

It's not too late to throw in with us for that whole 51st state thing - it will cut delivery time in half, i.e., 3 weeks vice 6. One of the benefits of statehood is that you too can be governed by an action figure from "Predator".

I agree. Seeing as I was born in 1984 and only really got into athletics around '98-'99, my video collection is somewhat lacking. I still have quite a lot of decent stuff, thanks to Mr George Matthews, but if there was some sort of online video shop of past WCh's and OGs, they'd sell like hotcakes!!

Great idea emailing the critical info to your loyal subscribers. As I approach our beloved sport regarding tv coverage I would rather know than trust another source for my info. In this case the USPS.

Re: who has the December issue
Thanks for sending out the rankings, Gary! I'm sure they will be the source of *lots* of discussion. Several athletes were still #1 despite losing (or being DQ'd) in Paris (i.e. Devers, White, Ayhan), so that will be food for debate.
