probable medalist at 1500 makes some sense....
although webb and lagat have two hands on 3 of the 1500 medals...
5k, i really do wonder what the wednesday 1500 will do to lagat for the thursday 5k...
5k in steamy osaka should surely be slow, but 3 rounds of 1500 before it, whomever is doing the 5k ONLY will be far fresher...

It is interesting that Lagat and Wariner had so many who questioned their abilities early but now both are right in the thick of things when it counts (of course, JW is a more in the thick than Lagat but Lagat will also be a major player in either or both of his events).
