very impressive for Kastor -- less than 1 sec off her pr (14:51.62) which she set in 2000! She is in very good form -- I really did not think she would get back to this speed at 3k/5k, given her age (34 -- not ancient, of course, but still, it's been a while since she ran that 14:51) and her focus on the marathon in recent years. I hope she can be competitive for a medal in the Osaka 10k.Comment
