      I wouldn't bet on that!!

After the race yeasterday Dee dee was sitting with us to watch some of the meet (mostly her race) on the hotel. And her hamstring looked heavily bandaged. Don't know if that explains it all, but sure as h*** explains why she opened like my grandma first 200m!
      Could be a wihhdrawal! I wouldn't go if I couldn't do sub 52!
I wouldn't bet on DeeDee's withdrawal just yet. Pride goeth before a fall. Or have I misinterpreted the quotation? Anyway, Inger Miller was clearly injured before Sydney 2000, but insisted she'd be ready to run the 100. She wasn't. Then she insisted she'd be ready for the 200. She wasn't. Then it was the relay, and again she wasn't, and her stubbornness cost the Olympic Trials 4th-place finishers in the 100/200 a shot at a possible medal.

The same for Gail in Athens 2004; only for her it was her last chance to get a medal in the 100 hurdles. She should have withdrawn from the 100, though.

You have to wonder why Trotter has been running in all these meets if she's not healthy. Is it for the money? Shouldn't she have been using this time to recuperate and get ready for Osaka? It was Clyde Hart who said, "not all money is good money" when Sanya insisted on running the Oslo 400 one week before USATF's.

That's not a bad idea. Something about her running style reminds me of Jearl Miles-Clark. I'd bet if she ran the 800 this month, she'd run a 1:58.x.

I agree there's some potential there, and it's been addressed. She's not having any of it.

She's still only 27.5, lots of time. No joke here either.

Perhaps late but Richards ~35.0 (300) and Felix ~35.2.
Forgot pictures are not allowed. Sorry!
Thanks! That means a very slowish last 100, but who cares, they're gonna race at half the distance in a matter of days.
No, the splits are approximatively 36.0 for SR and 36.1 for AF.
I could grab a snapshot and post it somewhere for you to see if you like. It's just going to take some time.
