Nothing there to open-file is too small. Typical eTN file is over 100kb.

I just printed it out from the archive, where it's fine. I've been wondering why T&FN even bothers to send it out at all as a full PDF attachment. All you have to do is send the link to the archive, with an auto-login.

* It's YOUR business whether you wish to have demographic data on your clientele - I would if I were you, which I'm not.

* eTN is exactly as I wish it.

Why would you bite the hand that (literally and figuratively) feeds you? I have amply demonstrated my allegiance to the T&FN brand, in ALL regards.

All 'critical' comments (e.g., "why not just send a link to the archive, vice a PDF attachment?", or "why not conduct a thorough reader survey?") are merely 'thinking out loud' musings, meant to further my understanding of my favorite (by far) periodical. I would be shocked if you actually meant them as even 'requests'.

I have repeatedly stated my gratitude for the job you personally do and the magazine in general. I am, in fact, one of your oldest (although there are admittedly much older) and most ardent fans.

I thought we had moved beyond such pettiness, but whether we have or not, I am indeed glad to be back, where I can converse with friends (and foes?) about the sport we all love so much.

I am writing my Opus Magnus on the trip to share with some friends off-line, which I shan't bore the forum with. PM me your e-mail addy or I can PM it to you. It's called trying to do something nice for the customers. For no extra work on our part we save the client from having to access a website, enter a password and do a download. Instead, they click their e-mail, and there it is (well, when the server is working properly, that is).
