Powell..(if healthy)...silver in the 100m
Bolt..silver in the 200m
Both relay teams winning silver (if Powell is %100, a gold wouldn't surprise me. They are due!)

So it's looks like a lot of silver.

Jamaican sprint fortunes never cease to amaze me. They put the USA to shame per capita (and sometimes straight up!). Although Gay seems to be alone as the m200 favorite, the m100 is still a toss-up and the 4x1 will have a large Pucker Factor. The w100 will be a barn-burner and although Felix has the inside lane (bad metaphor for the 200) in the 200, that's not a given either. The w4x1 will be as exciting as the men's. The w400 is open for the taking.

when the quality of the 100 and 200 plus 4X1s, it's really hard to make real predictions...

Jamaica = plenty of flash and less than adequate substance. I am waiting to see a Jamaican all time great. 8) Asafa needs to finally come good and try the 200.

I have a feeling that groin is going to forever give him problems, which means he will probably never take a serious stab at a really fast 200 time let alone try and run it at a global.
