I think conventional wisdom will get thrown out the window in this event!

What's the most what has dnf'd in a single major race like OG WC EC WCup, NCAA, etcetera?

          W800m '93 was pretty catastrophic.

Quite an age range in that field, no? I thought Kallur could sprint the flat in 11-low? :P

btw, Kallur had the better PB in the 100m against Perry (11.30 <-> 11.34)

Excited to see O'Rourke raise her game and run 12'6 in Osaka.

A lot of depth in this event. 13.08 only good for 8th in the second heat.

Powell and Felicien are in adjacent lanes in the heats. I wonder if they discussed the finer points of memory erasure while warming up.

Denby's stumble appeared to cost her 3rd in the last heat as it allowed Tejeda to get past her.

                          I'm wrong,Denby barely held 3rd, with Tejeda 4th in a same-time 12.91.

Last time q was Lacena Golding-Clarke at 12.92.

Seeding must have been perfect (), as it was the first four in each heat who advanced.

                            No big losses from semis:

                            Through:
                            Kallur
                            Ennis-London
                            Whyte
                            Jones
                            Perry
                            Felicien
                            Dixon
                            Powell

                            Out:
                            Denby
                            Golding-Clarke
                            McLellan
                            O'Rourke

The slowest qualifier for the final ran 12.68 in semis - this could be a great final, blanket finish anyone?
