Anyone who knows how the schedule for the heights looks like ? ex. 2.33 , 2.35 etc
Feels like I´m missing some English terms for asking this question correct , but I guess you understand what I mean :P

I think the bar height progression is decided at the technical meeting the day before the Q takes place.

      But I could be wrong.

starting heights and increments for the finals, says the Team Manual, will be decided afater the qualiifying rounds. (Didn't find a ref to when/how the Q-round hieghts will be determined)

What are the odds on Moya? I'd put a couple of bucks on a top 3 finish for him.

I wouldn't be surprised by much of anything from that young man. I hope he goes 2.36.

How about telling us where to look? I'm interested because I almost picked him for a dark horse medal - even when he was struggling it looked to me that he was getting good height.

You should see a total of 12 pics of various things using the above link. Linus is on the middle row all the way to the right. Click to enlarge.

It appears that the web-address you gave is a "stale" link. Anyhow, point of the post is that Linus is probably in 2.35m + shape. Holm is by no means the only one who has managed to peak for the right time. We'll see though. Anything can happen.

I want Linus to do well, but it would surprise me if he pulls off 2.35m or higher. He has had pretty low heights for the majority of the year. If he performs well, that would be an outstanding example of peaking at the right time.
If you're ever walking down the beach and you see a girl dressed in a bikini made out of seashells, and you pick her up and hold her to your ear, you can hear her scream.

He was suffering illness/injuries during late winter early spring and was in terrible shape for quite a while. Had problems with 2.05. Right before the DN Galan Aug 5 there were questions about him even going to Osaka.

So now he is in 2.35+ shape we hear. I don't know. Don't think he is ready to medal but would be pleasantly surprised if he does.

Anything at all on Silnov this summer?

I really wouldn't be suprised at all if he copys that "out of nowhere" performance as he did last summer in Gothenburg.
Depending on the height progression I think 2.34 - 2.36 on first attempt will be good enough for the podium, the one who gets the 2.37 or 2.38 will be the winner.

I can't see anyone going higher.

Yeah, no injuries though. Just a high fever for quite some time. We'll see. Qiualifying is ongoing and both look great so far. 2.23 in the first for both Stefan and Linus. Light touch on the way down for Linus.

Holm and Linus over 2.26 in the first. Easy for both of them. Rybakov looks good...Silnov cleared his attempt but not as impressive as Rybakov. 2.26 in the first may be enough for a final. 22 jumpers still in so they are going to 2.29.

Edit: Williams probably out. Missed 3rd attempt on 2.26. Krymarenko almost out, but cleared in last attempt. Teresjin (spelling?) out as well. Mason is out. Ton needed 3 attempts on 2.26.
