I remember at one point I kept getting a blackout screen on WCSN when using Internet Explorer. I switched over to Firefox, and the broadcast came up fine. Not sure if it will work for you, but it's worth a try.

I use IE, and I've had no problems, but I think you have to allow pop-ups in order to get the wcsn thing to work.
