Can someone explain whats going on with my knee?
Aparently no ligaments are damaged at all. When i walk it hurts to walk, in both knees, but my chiropracter tested everything and he said, "I can't find anything to ice." Which I agree there seems to be nothing wrong, but it hurts a f*cking lot. Both times i was there he did a little manual adjustment. It didnt hurt less or worse really afterwords.
Everyday it seems to hurt more as time goes on, being pain free when i wake up.
My knee is not swelled, but sort of feels like my lower leg and knee aren't on straight. But i know they are in alignment.. and they dont look off at all.
It's something in the inside that hurts. My chiropracter, who is btw a runner, told me just to stay off it and not do anything but the walking I have to do for a few days to let it settle down.
It's probably not runners knee.. it might be a very small degree of it, but not really.. it doesnt hurt when i push on the knee cap like it would with Runners knee. It Might be tedonitis, but it would be a very low amount of it.. but would that cause this much pain?
on a scale from 1 to 10 this is how the pain works..
7:00 am 0-1 no pain
8:00 Am I can feel it a little, but thats it
12:00 Noon 4-5 it hurts a little now
3:00 pm 6-7 It's hurting worse
then for the rest of the day it slowly drops from 7 down or rises up to 10 depending on how much i walk/run/move.
Anyone have any clues?.. Ask questions if i haven't made this clear..
on my right knee it hurts on the bottom right of the knee.. or rather that is where i have the feeling of disconnection..
