Hall still knocking out miles. 4:42 for the last one. He will probably run 2:09 for a Trials record and after being at almost 48 for 15 k.

Ritz is now 80 or so back but way up on Sell.

However, the look on Hall's face is not quite as aggressive. Dathan is still looking good, although ot out of the woods from cramps and bonking
