  • NCAA XC thread [contains winner details]

I'll be working in a few, but here's the thread. Live streaming blocked here at the office, just as well as it would be a distraction. It would be neat to see Oregon back on top but I hope CU pulls off another come-from-behind upset. Go Buffs!

The race seems to have some many teams with the potential to win it that being the favorite really only means be the one with the highest perceived likelihood, not a 75% chance; more like a 40% or 30%, more like the odds on the Olympic marathon Trials.

I'm watching it now on cstv.com. The picture quality is great.

Any Internet Audio streams for these championships?? Is there a local radio station covering it? Preferably one with a "listen live" button on their website.

Lewis Johnson and Larry Rawson commentating according to someone on letsrun. Has Rawson told everyone to go out to their local high school track and run a lap in 70 seconds and then imagine doing it 25 times?

Rupp and McDougal at the front 7K+ in. Lomong hanging in. Rupp forcing the pace now, but can't gap McD. Oregon in the lead team-wise, Iona close.

Unlike you fellas in 1st World countries, who can see streaming Internet video... the ISPs in Bali are a couple of decades away from that capability and speed.

As a Wisconsin fan, it did not look
                      very good at the finish.

This is a bummer of the highest order... no results, no audio, no video (for me and anyone else outside of U.S. or EU -- like about half the participants' relatives)... to heck with it, I'm off to bed, hope to see the results some time this month.
