    Bill Bell's answer is close - from the ncaasports.com main page, select the sport (men/women, indoor/outdoor track/xc) then click on Championship Info at the top of the left column. From there, instead of Archive, go to Record Book, which is a pdf file with the information you are looking for.

    Nope, that's where I stalled out yesterday.... their "Archive" goes all the way back to.... 1999 !

    If you go to NCAA website (www.ncaasports.com) and then click on "trackand field" andthen the championship page you'll find it under "archives" I beleive.
