    impotent, nonsensical sentence

    if charles manson gets paroled & wants to be an agent, how coud ustaf stop him ?

      The real power lies with the meet promoters, who if they want to blackball the athletes of one agent can certainly do so (well, in virtually all cases).

          It can stop Agent Manson and his ilk from getting credentials, etc., for the USA nationals/Trials.

            It's also just plain wrong. See USATF Operating Regulation 16.
