When I interview people for programming positions here at work I ask certain questions and by the way it is answered I know they have good experience or if they are lacking experience.
It is not about the answer, its always about the "way" it is answered.
The probability that two users at a party talk and one knows the other is dirty is about .90 and that both know equally is .75, with 1 being true.
Placing two users at a party is the absolute best condition for one seeing the other truly. For at a party users are usually uncomfortable and looking for some comfort( not withdrawl discomfort, simple mental discomfort). They automatically find your pairing. Many times A comes right up to B and introduce themselves, A doesn't have to do the work many times.
How is it that some guys get all the girls and other good looking guys just don't seem to? Go and ask Stud and He will be only happy to tell you how he works his magic with the babes. When He is done explaining you just say thanks and walk away because it is not a concrete thing like say this to her and she'll fall over into your arms. It's always about the "way" you approach the situation.
Drug testing is shooting fish in a barrel with a bb gun. It is not an exact science and they don't even have proper tests for half the drugs out there. Even the best tests are not even 90% perfect.
Until recently accurate testing has been difficult because the recombinant human EPO made in the lab is virtually identical to the naturally occurring form and there are no firmly established normal ranges for EPO in the body. Abandoning drug testing now because it seems imperfect and too expensive is a mistake.
The court of Law requires a certain method of capture and these drug policies are the way right now.
When two awesome athletes that are both EPO users get together and chum each other up within minutes of each having questions asked and answers given, A will know B is dirty and B will definitely at the least have serious reservations about A. It's also about guilt and the more you want to hide it the harder it is, especially from another member of your sick little group.
And you know what, until one gets caught, they will protect each other with the most dramatic displays of innocence Hollywood ever saw.
