              Well, the SAT had a change of implement 5 years ago so recent verbal scores need to subtract about 100 points to make them comparable . . .

                      Let me assure that my SAT was from well before the change 5 yrs ago. Unfortunately so were all of my PRs (the ones listed anyway).

                              Ran a new test on the flying 30m today, the new PB is 3.10.
                              Good luck then to you in your first competition, my first will be 6/1-04. Maybe we can lower some new PB:s there.

                                8.45 is best 3,200m time during 5,000m PR.
