        The absence of javelin, discus, hammer and the marathon and Tommi Evilä skipping the indoor season really hurts Finland... now Häggblom's out in the SP it's pretty sure we won't even get a top 8 spot in any event. :cry:

        Oh well. I guess I'll have to root for the Swedes instead.

          Yep - I guess he'd have got through in 8th position anyway, but nice confidence booster going into the final I guess.

          Am hoping for a good showing for the small Aussie team in today's sessions. I think all of em should at least make the final. And the Kiwis haven't had a bad start either.
