              That race is usually pretty fast. I would not be surprised to see him go 13:20 or even a little quicker, although that is probably optimistic given the late timing of the athletic year. Since he dropped out of the 8k because of food poisoning [?] it is hard to know what kind of shape he is in, although presumably he has been doing some over-distance if he was racing 8k.

                Considering how he seemed to peak before the Worlds, maybe it would be a good thing if he didnt set Carlsbad on fire.

                  Yes, I originally thought of saying the teens, given the history of quick times there, but didn't want to look too loony! Note that this in no way means I think he has to be in anything like that kind of track shape at this point.
