Did he retire?

He's 34 years old, was injured last summer and hasn't raced yet this year. So I can understand your wondering if he's retired. But last year, he didn't run his first race until May 27, and a few weeks later he was second in the US Nationals. So I wouldn't just assume that he's retired. (And of course, I have no actual knowledge--if I did, I'd share it.)
