I was noticing that Allyson Felix's 22.11 in Mexico City is not on the National Records page for High School. Is there a reason it was kept out? or has the page just not been updated yet?

Because the officials at the meet failed to undertake a doping test for Allyson, which nullfies the mark in terms of records (NRs, WJRs, etc)

drug tests are not required for American Records or High School Records as far as I know; the question was about HSR, not WJR.
