TV time for Carson meet?

I've seen two different times listed for the ESPN TV coverage of the Carson meet...is it PST 4-6 pm or 1-3 pm?

our front page originally said 4-6 PDT, but turned out that was EDT, so it's 1-3 PDT.

Does anyone know the legal records for the meet? Half of the sprint performances listed on the website are wind-assisted!

If the only mark listed is windy, wouldn't surprise me if that means there has never been a legal one. Meet's not that old, and winds are a given.
